Residential Home Lockout PLEASE READ ALL NOTES CAREFULLY BELOW BEFORE BOOKING THIS SERVICE! If you have any questions please contact us and one of our Lock Nerds will help you book your service(s). NOTE: This service is only available for residential homes, including all rental properties. You must be able to give a valid "NOT" expired photo ID with the same address as where we will open the door to grant you entrance. Please provide a copy or photo of your "NOT" expired Photo ID as an attachment below. PRICING NOTE: Pricing for this service is based on a residential lockout with only one traditional lock; if we need to unlock two or more traditional locks, there will be additional costs. Our technician will have to evaluate your locks to determine additional cost. IMPORTANT NOTE: SERVICE DATE & TIME on Services Please keep in mind that the pricing for this service (Residential Lockout) is only valid Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and does not include (After Hour Services, Weekend Services, or Holiday Services). These Special Date & Time services will have a different price point based on availability, and are priced individually because these are not standard working hours.
